At OATX, we work hard to make sure your breakfast reaches you fresh, safe, and on time. Since our products are consumables, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy to ensure quality and hygiene for all our customers.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they have not already been processed or dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Refunds / Replacements
Refunds or replacements are offered only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received a product that is different from what you ordered.

The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Products returned without original packaging.

4. Refund Process

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of replacement, the product will be shipped at no extra cost.
5. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost in transit or not delivered, please contact us immediately. We will verify with our delivery partner and arrange a replacement or refund.
